Contest Rules for the 7FLEET Diesel Network Trivia Giveaway

  1. No Purchase Necessary
    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Trivia Giveaway.
  2. Eligibility Requirements
    • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, Meta, Sponsor's franchisees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must follow the 7FLEET Diesel Network Facebook page.
  3. Entry Instructions
    • To enter, participants must log into their Meta account and participate in the trivia game hosted on the Meta platform. Participants must answer the trivia questions correctly and as quickly as possible to be eligible for the prize. The participant who is the first person to answer the selected trivia question correctly wins the associated prize.
  4. Contest Period
    • The contest begins on September 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM (EST) and ends on September 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EST).
  5. Prizes
    • The respective winners will receive gift baskets that are valued at approximately $300 each.
  6. Winner Selection
    • Winners will be selected based on the speed and accuracy at which they provide the correct answers to trivia questions and/or correct and fastest responses to requests. The participant with the fastest response and correct answer to the applicable trivia question and/or fastest response that meets the applicable request will be the designated winner(s).
  7. Odds of Winning
    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the participants' performance during the contest period.
  8. Sponsor Information
    • The contest is sponsored by 7-Eleven, Inc., located at 3200 Hackberry Road, Irving, Texas 75063.
  9. Release of Liability
    • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta, and their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
  10. Privacy Policy
    • Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the contest or as required by law.   11. Compliance with Meta's Platform Guidelines
    • The contest is subject to all applicable Meta platform guidelines and policies. Participants must comply with these guidelines to be eligible to win.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR META BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIVIA GIVEAWAY OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE TRIVIA GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR AND/OR META ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIVIA GIVEAWAY OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE TRIVIA GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY SPONSOR'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD. AS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNER WILL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND/OR META FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF WINNERS' ACCEPTANCE USE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF).
  13. Use of Name and Likeness
    • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the Trivia Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winners' name, hometown, aural and visual likeness, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or later devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further permission or compensation or notification (including in a public-facing Winner list). As a condition of being awarded any Prize, except where prohibited by law, the Winners may be required to execute a consent to use such Winner's name, hometown, aural and visual likeness, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or later devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further permission or compensation or notification. By participating in the Trivia Giveaway, the participant consents to being contacted by the Sponsor for any purpose in connection with this Trivia Giveaway.
